Essen, 12th September 2016: Tectareal Increases Customer Satisfaction

Tectareal Property Management GmbH, Essen, has significantly increased the customer satisfaction of its customers: In the Bell Property Management Report 2016, the company improved from a rank of 5th in the segment of service provider in the office sector/large companies to a rank of 2nd. In addition, in the Bell Report Tectareal is said to be the best-known German property manager.

 

"We take this good performance as a sign that the reorganization of the past two years is bearing fruit," explains Mario Liebermann, managing partner. The company had changed its organization in main core areas: Project managers from the management team with overall responsibility are now responsible for larger mandates and have access to all necessary resources. In addition, every subsidiary has received a site manager who as the face of Tectareal on site is above all the contact partner for regional and new customers. "We thus ensure greater customer proximity and strengthen the regions," says Liebermann.

 

In addition, Tectareal is now benefitting from the advantages of a medium-sized company after a long group affiliation: "We can respond much faster and more flexibly. All of our processes are unbureaucratic and uncomplicated. We ensure the high quality of our work through long-standing, experienced and well-trained employees."

 

Tectareal will be represented with its own stand (Hall B1, stand 111) at Europe's largest B2B trade fair for real estate and investments, EXPO REAL, from October 4-6, 2016.
